Love this with a tank top or with other linen top.
I love VETTA'S philosophy, the quick and relatively low-waste packaging. This was my first time ordering from VETTA, and I was initially hesitant about this piece in my custom capsule.
I am 5’4” and more apple-shaped since emerging from quarantine lately, so I appreciate the ability to wear items in ways that are comfortable and accommodating for my changing body (see mirror selfies). I have gotten many compliments (from strangers, friends, and my partner) on this item, and I plan on keeping it on heavy rotation.
PROs
+ earth-tone color flattering for tan complexion
+ linen is comfortable for hot summer days
+ the wrap style is flattering for a variety of body types
CONS
- wrinkles set easily (so frequent steaming necessary)
- low drape of linen requires more careful consideration of shape (e.g., consider use of pins and accessories to give yourself more shape when worn as a strapless dress)
Long, goes to my ankles. Size down if your short like me and what that midi look. Its a bit of a pain to iron but its so beautiful and beachy. Definitely worth the price for a timeless piece like this.
I love this skirt; it's beautiful yet simple. Can't wait for warm weather. I'm 5’7”, 130lbs. Small was a perfect fit for me.
This definitely does not come midi on my petite body. It almost comes to my ankles when I place it more as a high waisted skirt. I love the shape of it and that it wraps but not crazy about the length. I wish Vetta did petite sizing for midi's as they're midi's are not midi's on my height. Due to the tulip shape of the bottom hem I am not sure if it can even be tailored. And for how much it cost I hate having to spend more on this piece. I am going to take it to my tailor and see what they say.
